تونس تندد بحادثة مقتل تونسي بفرنسا على يد قوات الشرطة الفرنسية

على إثر قتل المواطن التونسي عبد القادر ذيبي، يوم 02 سبتمبر 2025، بمدينة مرسيليا، وبتعليمات من سيادة رئيس الجمهورية، قام كاتب الدولة لدى وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، بعد ظهر اليوم 03 سبتمبر 2025، باستدعاء القائم بأعمال بالنيابة بالسفارة الفرنسية بتونس، في غياب سفيرة الجمهورية الفرنسية الموجودة خارج البلاد، لإبلاغه احتجاجا شديد اللهجة على واقعة القتل من قبل أفراد من الشرطة الفرنسية.

وطالب كاتب الدولة القائم بالأعمال الفرنسي بالنيابة بإبلاغ سلطات بلاده أن تونس تعتبر هذه الحادثة قتلا غير مبرر، وتنتظر من الجانب الفرنسي كل الحزم والسرعة في التحقيق فيها وتحديد المسؤوليات. كما تعتزم تونس اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات لحفظ حقوق الفقيد وعائلته وإنصافهم .

ومن جهة أخرى، أسدى رئيس الجمهورية تعليماته إلى سفير تونس بباريس بإبلاغ نفس الموقف التونسي إلى السلطات الفرنسية، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بالتنسيق مع قنصليتنا العامة بمرسيليا للإسراع بنقل جثمان الفقيد إلى تونس في أسرع وقت ممكن.

كما اتصلت مصالح وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج بعائلة الفقيد لتقديم التعازي وإحاطتها بكل الإجراءات التي تم اتخاذها من أجل حفظ حقوق الفقيد وحقوق ذويه.

وتجدد تونس التزامها الكامل وحرصها الشديد على حماية مصالح كل التونسيين والدفاع عنهم أينما كانوا في الخارج.

Suite à l’assassinat du citoyen tunisien Abdelkader Dhibi, le 2 septembre 2025, dans la ville de Marseille, et sur instructions de Son Excellence Monsieur le Président de la République, M. le Secrétaire d’État auprès du Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a convoqué, l’après-midi du 3 septembre 2025, le Chargé d’Affaires ad interim de l’Ambassade de France en Tunisie, en l’absence de l’Ambassadrice de la République Française actuellement hors du pays, afin de lui exprimer une protestation très ferme concernant l’homicide commis par des membres de la police française.
M. le Secrétaire d’État a demandé au Chargé d’Affaires français ad interim de transmettre aux autorités de son pays que la Tunisie considère cet incident comme un meurtre injustifié, et attend de la partie française toute la rigueur et la célérité nécessaires dans l’enquête ainsi que dans la détermination des responsabilités. La Tunisie envisage également d’entreprendre toutes les démarches afin de préserver les droits du défunt et de sa famille et de leur rendre justice.
Par ailleurs, Monsieur le Président de la République a donné ses instructions à l’Ambassadeur de Tunisie à Paris de transmettre la même position tunisienne aux autorités françaises et de prendre les mesures nécessaires, en coordination avec notre Consulat Général à Marseille, pour accélérer le rapatriement de la dépouille du défunt vers la Tunisie dans les plus brefs délais.
De plus, les services du Ministère des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger ont pris contact avec la famille du défunt afin de leur présenter leurs condoléances et de les informer de toutes les démarches entreprises pour garantir les droits du défunt et ceux de ses proches.
La Tunisie réaffirme son engagement total et son attachement constant à la protection des intérêts de tous les Tunisiens et à leur défense partout où ils se trouvent à l’étranger.

Following the killing of the Tunisian citizen Abdelkader Dhibi, on September 02, 2025, in Marseille, and on the instructions of His Excellency the President of the Republic, the Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad summoned, this afternoon, September 03, 2025, the Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the French Embassy in Tunis, in the absence of the Ambassador of the French Republic who is out of the country, to inform him of a strong protest against the killing by members of the French police.

The Secretary of State asked the French Chargé d’affaires a.i. to inform his country’s authorities that Tunisia considers this incident an unjustified killing and expects the French side to investigate it firmly and quickly and determine responsibilities. Tunisia intends to take all measures to preserve the rights of the deceased and his family.

The President of the Republic instructed the Tunisian Ambassador in Paris to convey the same Tunisian position to the French authorities, and to take the necessary measures in coordination with our Consulate General in Marseille to expedite the transfer of the body of the deceased to Tunisia as soon as possible.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad also contacted the family of the deceased to offer condolences and inform them of all the measures taken to safeguard the rights of the deceased and those of his family.

Tunisia reiterates its full commitment and strong determination to protect and defend the interests of all Tunisians wherever they are abroad.
